For Scott R Bell of St. George, Utah, success is defined by living life to the fullest and being part of making others smile. Having worked in the mortgage industry for 17 years, Scott says the smile he enjoys most is that of a new homeowner who receives the keys to a new home for the first time. A former baker from northern Utah, Scott is a graduate of Washington High School in Ogden. And though he loved his job at Smith/Kroger Wheelhouse, he says deciding to go into real estate was the best decision he ever made. For months, Scott worked mornings to build his reputation and business while spending afternoons and evenings working at the bakery. Working many 16-hour days, Scott says he often did not return home before midnight.
